Scroll Down to View Training Videos Below	The Pfannenberg Signaling Product Selector Utility is a runtime executable program for Windows. The necessary files are bundled together and packaged as a zip file for downloading. You do not actually "install" the program onto your computer, rather, the files only need to be copied to your computer's hard drive, a flash drive, or burned to a CD from where the program will "run". Instructions: Once you have downloaded the zip file, you must extract the files to their native file structure using a zip de-compression utility program such as WinZip or AlZip. When this is done, you will find these files on your drive:
If you wish to run the program from a CD, simply "burn" all three items shown above to the root directory of your CD. The program will automatically start when the CD is inserted into your computer. Please note the following limitations for running directly from a CD: Since you cannot save files to a CD (they must be "burned") you will be unable to create a Bill of Materials or Price Quote with the program. Also, the program will run slower from a CD.
Because of the above CD limitations, it is recommended to place the files in a location directly on your hard drive or on a flash drive. If you do this, you won't need the autorun.inf or favicon.ico files. Just copy the entire folder named Pf_Signaling_Products to your desired location on your hard drive or flash drive. Once this folder is copied, open it up. You will see the files shown below. Find the file named Pf_Signaling_Products.exe. This is the application. Double click this file to launch it. If you wish, right click on this file and choose "Create Shortcut". You will find the generated shortcut file in the same folder at the bottom of the list. Copy and paste this shortcut file to your "Desktop" for easy access to the program. Instructions for use of the program are provided on the startup screen. Have fun!
